I'm Kate Kramer, founder of Curated by Kramer, an interior design studio specializing in thoughtfully curated spaces that blend vintage character, modern functionality, and personal storytelling.

What started as a lifelong love of thrifting, visual design, and creative problem-solving evolved into a business dedicated to helping clients create homes that feel collected, intentional, and uniquely their own.

My design philosophy is simple: the best spaces aren't built from a catalog—they're curated over time. By combining vintage finds, Facebook Marketplace treasures, custom sourcing, and carefully selected retail pieces, I create interiors that feel layered, personal, and reflective of the people who live in them.

Whether I'm designing a single room or furnishing an entire home, my goal is always the same: to create a space that feels elevated, functional, and authentically yours.

    This is my first ever apartment, and I honestly never knew an apartment could look this nice. I once told Kate, “You give a house to a woman and she turns it into a home,” and that’s exactly what she did. She turned my empty space into a home I actually like spending time in, and I’m excited to show it to my friends. She did everything smoothly, was very professional throughout the whole process, and you really just have to trust her with her art. She knows what she’s doing.     When I first saw Kate’s content pop up on my TikTok of her decorating her apartment until she got a job, I immediately commented, “me next.” She thought I was kidding, but I saw her talent and skill for interior decorating, watched as she collected the coolest thrift finds, and could tell from her content that she genuinely had a passion for it. Even though she had no prior professional experience, I took her in as her first client because I knew she was exactly who I was looking for to get the job done — the job of making my boring, plain bedroom and office into rooms I enjoy living and working in.
