Full-Service Design + Procurement

The complete design, with continued support bringing it to life

Full-Service Design + Procurement is for clients who want more than a plan. It is a hands-on, collaborative service that continues beyond the initial design and into the sourcing, purchasing, coordination, and implementation of the space.

I will create the complete design direction and remain involved as we find the right pieces, make purchasing decisions, communicate with sellers and vendors, coordinate orders, and move the project toward completion.

This service is especially well suited for clients who are interested in vintage, one-of-a-kind, custom, trade-only, or Facebook Marketplace pieces that require more active sourcing and coordination.

Phase One: Design

The project begins with the development of the complete creative direction for your space.

The design phase may include:

  • Initial consultation and space review

  • Measurements or floor-plan development

  • Furniture layouts and space planning

  • Overall design concept

  • Color, material, and finish direction

  • Visual mockups or renderings

  • Initial furniture and décor direction

  • Recommendations for incorporating existing pieces

  • One consolidated round of revisions

  • Final approval of the design direction

Phase Two: Procurement + Implementation

Once the design direction is approved, the project moves into active sourcing and implementation.

This phase may include:

  • Detailed furniture, lighting, rug, art, and décor sourcing

  • Retail, vintage, custom, and trade sourcing

  • In-person sourcing when applicable

  • Facebook Marketplace and seller communication

  • Product research, verification, and measurements

  • Additional selections and product substitutions

  • Purchasing and procurement management

  • Shipping sourced pieces to the client

  • Optional installation and final styling support

I create the design and remain involved as we source, purchase, coordinate, and bring the space to completion.
