The room features a black-and-orange checkered rug, a wooden chest at the foot of the bed, a bedside table, and a unique chair with a round light hanging above. The upper image shows the bed with cowhide pillows and a brown throw, while the lower image shows the bed with additional pillows and a folded towel.

The Design Plan

The complete vision, ready for you to implement

The Design Plan is for clients who want professional direction and a clear visual roadmap but are comfortable handling the purchasing and implementation independently.

I will develop the overall design for your space, including the layout, furniture direction, color and material palette, and a visual representation of how the finished room can come together. You will also receive curated selections for the key pieces that establish the design.

Once the plan is complete, you will have the direction and confidence to shop, order, and finish the space at your own pace.

Your Design Plan may include:

  • Overall design concept and aesthetic direction

  • Furniture layout and spatial planning

  • Visual mockups or renderings

  • Color, material, and finish direction

  • Furniture style, scale, and placement guidance

  • Curated key furniture, lighting, rugs, and décor

  • Recommendations for incorporating existing pieces

  • One consolidated round of revisions

  • Final design notes and implementation guidance

This service is best for you if:

  1. You want to see the complete direction before making purchases.

  2. You would like guidance on the most important pieces but do not need every accessory sourced for you.

  3. You are comfortable placing orders, communicating with vendors, tracking deliveries, and installing the design independently.
